Crystal View Subdivision, West Kelowna 

Land assembly (4 properties). We represented the clients in the Community Plan amendment and rezoning for 3 properties into a potential of 113 lots. After completion of the Hillside Development Permit a subdivision into 24 lots for Phase 1 was approved and the construction of roads and services was completed. Phase 2 is in progress.

We represented the owners in the full development process, the negotiations with the City and coordination with engineering and planning professionals.

The fourth property was in the Agricultural Land Reserve. We achieved the exclusion from the ALR for this property. The land is planned to be Phase 4 of the Development.

The web-site for the Crystal View Development was designed from us and we co-ordinated the marketing and sales of the lots on MLS.


Land Development Somerset and Princeton Ave., Peachland

Land assembly (2 properties). We represent the owners in the ongoing Rezoning and Development Permit application and negotiations. It is planned to develop 94 strata titled townhouses in 3 Phases.


Land Development, Galiano Property, Kelowna

Land purchase. The land is part of the Diamond Mountain Area Structure Plan.

We represent the owners in the current Area Structure Plan application and process. It is planned to rezone and subdivide their property into 110 residential building lots.
